Description:

In this role you will be required to prepare and present new pitch proposals and to develop and implement salesstrategies. Youll also develop and manage Sales Executives within their team in order to maximise their sales potentialand enable them to assist with the Sales Managers responsibilities.Youll need to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the list and insert marketplace as well as have strong proactivesales skills. You should also be able to set targets, budgets and forecasts and ensure that these are met and, wherepossible, exceeded.For this role they are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and self motivated with good presentation skills. Youshould also be highly accurate, confident numerically and have excellent inter-personal skills.
