Our client is located in Kingston, Surrey, and is one of the most complete meeting and event facilities in England. The hotel is newly renovated and offers 282-oversized guest rooms plus every comfort and amenity to ensure their guests have a memorable experience. The hotel offers almost 50,000 square feet of total function space, including the hotel's restaurant, lounge and cafe. The Hotel is newly renovated and is operated by the organization. Our client has a position responsible for leading the proactive sales efforts of the Hotel. The Sales Manager must demonstrate outstanding associate and customer relations and will act as a key element of the hotel management team. This position has arisen as a result of expansion and exploring new opportunities. You will be reporting to the Hotel Manager. Your responsibilities will be to identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options. You will promote services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions. You will maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. You will be expected to prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information. You will also maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. You will maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. You will consistently be required to contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. The ideal candidate will have firm presentation Skills. Strong ability to build client relationships through emphasizing excellence is essential. They will have high energy Levels. Experience in negotiation and closing deals will be a plus. Experience in sales and good prospecting Skills are also essential. We require an individual who will meet sales goals using creativity and sales planning.
