Our client, a leading player in the local Estate Agency market, wishes to appoint a Sales Negotiator to join theirexisting team in Northampton.Preference will be given to candidates with previous estate agent experience, although candidates with a demonstrablerecord of success in other sales industries should not be deterred from applying.Salary is dependant on experience and anyone looking for natural career progression into a major player where they canbuild a successful career with training and investment should definitely think about applying. A realistic and achievablecommission structure will be explained at interview.The key criteria for this role includes:* You must have a fire in your belly, be hungry for success and be an excellent communicator.* Estate agency work can involve long hours, and we are only interested in candidates who are prepared to fully commit tothis role.* A proven record of achievement in whatever you have been doing.* A full driving licence, and your own reliable transport.Applicants must be legally entitled to work in the UK.
