Description:

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Sales Office Manager will lead, motivate and develop an internal sales team oftwenty staff, to deliver continued maximum levels of service to our national customer base.Applicants should demonstrate strong communication and people management skills, with a proven track record inmotivational techniques.Providing first class service in terms of sales order processing, pricing, delivery and response to customer queries, thesuccessful applicant will be responsible for co-ordinating weekly team briefings, establishing KPIs and reportingaccordingly, and continually reviewing departmental systems and procedures.Applicants who hold an HND, degree or recognised sales qualification would be preferred, but not essential
