Our client, with over 25,000 product lines, is a leading name is office and stationery supplies throughout the UK and Europe. Established for over 35years, they have truly the recognised name in "Office Stationary & Peripherals". As part of a planned growth strategy for 2005, they currently require the services of x 2 experienced field sales representative(s) to join their established sales team (e.g. ideally based near London or Birmingham) and help drive sales beyond all expectations. You will cover a territory spanning either London or the Midlands and will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager for the area. Your main focus will be developing new business opportunities (i.e. both with Large Blue Chips & SME), whilst retaining, maintaining and developing a portfolio of well established key account's. You will also be expected to conduct in-depth analysis of your territory and feed this information back to management to form the basis for future Sales and Marketing plans. The ideal candidate will have 2 years experience in the "Office Stationary & Peripherals" industry and a proven track record of sales achievement (i.e. achieving & exceeding sales targets. You will have experience selling into SME and large Blue Chip corporations. This will be combined with thorough product knowledge, strong organisational skills and a professional presentation skill - very polished. This is a strong opportunity to join an established company experiencing strong growth in a competitive market place. You will receive a competitive salary package including base (GBP 25K), uncapped commission structure (GBP 40-50K OTE), car/car allowance and all the normal tools of the trade.
