Field sales representative / business development manager, South East, Home Counties & London, 32k neg basic, UNCAPPED commission offering a realistic OTE, company car & sales office support. This role holds a new business focus and requires the ability to develop existing accounts, so an aggressive yet consultative approach is required. You will be selling direct to the decision maker within the commercial & government sectors, offering a full range of office furniture & integrated desk systems to offices, schools & hospitals etc. Reporting direct to the Regional Sales Manager, this is a field based role with admin support from a central sales office. Your main target will be that of new business, however you will be given a number of key accounts, to which you will be able to build a relationship and up-sell their existing orders. Dealing directly with the decision makers on all levels, this role offers an extremely diverse and fast paced opportunity. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years B2B experience, and industry specific experience would be advantageous, but not essential, as FULL product training will be given. The most important qualities for this role, will be, a tenacious attitude and the ability to build relationships. The successful candidate will be remunerated with a generous base salary, the all important, UNCAPPED commission, company car, laptop & mobile phone.
