A dynamic company requires a team player, who is pro-active,a strong communicator, who is flexible with a positiveattitude.A problem solver with a high level of attention to detailAccountabilities:Understand customers requirements in order to prepare accurate and professional quotes,Respond to RFQs and present proposed solutions back to customer.Establish strong working relationships with customers to assist in the sales/design process,Attending customers sites when required.Provide technical support to sales department.Assist with development/support of Sales Configuration Tools in BackOffice and Front Office.Participate in Bid/No bid meetings providing technical feedback as required.Provide technical and commercial support to customers both pre/post order.Provide reports to monitor targets in order to aid business opportunities.Ability to operate under strict targets and monitor performance on those targetsQualifications & SkillsElectrical Engineering Graduate or equivalent with engineering/technical support experience inelectronic/telecom productsUnderstanding of DC Power Systems and their applicationCommercial, project and contractual experienceCustomer facing experience, with the ability to understand business issuesTechnical presentation skills, oral and written, including relevant IT skills |
