The contribution provided by this role is critical to the ongoing success of the Regulated Sales Channels and in particular the Joint Venture between two major Financial Services companies. The output of this area is audited by Compliance and the FSA.About the RoleDeliver training and development mainly to the Joint Venture, but also across the other regulated sales channels and Partners within the group. Support the requirements of the Training and Competence Scheme. Delivering top quality Product, Sales Skill and Sales Process training to a large number of new entrants Design and deliver added value training solutions to raise the performance of the Business sales forces Wide range of travel Environment of constant change Working on own and with other team members Remote working and a flexibility to work away from home during the week, when requiredKey ResponsibilitiesWork in collaboration with the training design team to produce and maintain training material to meet agreed business needs in line with department standards. Deliver a range of training solutions to the business to agreed standards. Assess Advisers in core skills and knowledge as defined by the T& C Scheme. Provide feedback and coaching in both one-to-one and group training environments. Identify development needs and create training needs analysis and holistic review documents. Provide timely and accurate management information as a result of all training eventsQualifications and SkillsEssential:FPC 1, 2 & 3 Desirable:Experience of the design, development, delivery and evaluation of regulated training interventions Sales consultant/sales management experience in the Financial Services sector Other skills preferred Familiarisation/competence with Training & Competence Scheme Sales Process competent Assessor Skills competent Theory & Application of Training Cycle/relevant training qualification Technical skills/AFPC qualifications Competence in the use of MS Office applications Competence in the use of point of sales systemsLocation for this role is flexible.To apply please contact Paul Henry on 0161 834 7334 or email your CV to paul.henry@austinbenn.co.uk |
