We are currently running two programmes for all successful candidates.The first is a Sales programme which covers the essential elements of sales, customer services and providing clientservices. It also covers development of personal and leadership skills, with the main aim being to maximise profitabilityand targeted performance.The second is the Business Development programme for the more ambitious candidate.The training package is more intense and covers: * Leadership * Team building skills * Campaign management * Planning and organisation - essentially learning to maximise business performance.
