Due to theresultant growth in business we are expanding our team of Recruitment Consultants based at our head-office in the NorthWest.The role involves day to day contact with Clients and Candidates to discuss details of current vacancies and suitabilityof candidates, managing Clients and Candidates through the recruitment process, business development and accountmanagement within major pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical, food/beverage and environmental companies across the UK, andusing sophisticated in-house IT systems to assist job/candidate matching and to manage your jobs portfolioWe are seeking applicants with graduate level qualifications in Biological or Chemical Sciences and a background in acommercial, sales or recruitment environment. You should also have at least 6 months experience of business-to-businessselling, influencing or persuading face to face and/or over the telephone, the ability to network and develop new andexisting business contacts, good time management and organisation skills, and first class people skillsSCI is committed to providing staff training and development opportunities.Base salary over GBP 20,000 with benefits and uncapped bonus package to take OTE to well over GBP 30,000 per annum, plus travelallowances and other benefits. |
