Key Requirements: * 3-4 years search specialist experience working either within a search agency or the search division within a large independent client * Experience of 3rd party tracking technologies would be beneficial * 2-4 years Account Management/Client Service or Sales experience * Understanding of European online market * Exceptional customer service * Excellent client management skills- negotiation, networking and up-selling * Strong problem solving skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * In depth knowledge of MS Office software * Attention to detail * A European language an advantage |
