My client is a reputable and established law firm with exceptionally prestigious offices in the West End. They are looking to recruit an experienced Secretary for this varied and challenging role. Candidates must be extremely polished combining high-level secretarial responsibilities with busy administrative duties and routine procedures. The time spent carrying out the different activities will vary according to demand and workload, with priority always given to the secretarial duties for the Chief Executive. The role consists mainly of the following duties; diary management, liaison with external professionals, using appropriate software to create and amend documentation, spreadsheets, reports, correspondence, organising meetings, filtering telephone calls, typing, producing mail shots, assisting with photo shoots, updating databases and general administrative duties as and when required. Candidates need to have advanced Word and Excel skills, the ability to communicate at the highest level, demonstrating excellent organisational skills, confidentiality, discretion and prudence.
