Description:

To provide clerical support across all areas of the CompanyTo receive and process routine enquiries in relation to the Companys operations including telephone enquiries.To operate established and new Information Communication Technology based office / depot equipment.To provide relevant information and maintain information systems as required.To maintain effective record keeping and filing systems.To provide cover for and where required working with, colleagues as appropriate.Any other duties and responsibilities as may arise.MINIMUM ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTSMETHOD OF ASSESSMENTSkills/Knowledge Ability to be self motivated and work co-operatively as part of a team. Understand the concept of customer service and the importance of efficient service delivery. Ability to take the initiative in resolving problems or adapting to new circumstances. Ability to work to tight deadlines. Awareness and practical experience of Information Systems and Information Communication Technology. An ability to handle and process routine enquiries. Ability to deliver a high level of accuracy when inputting information into computerised systems.Experience/Qualifications/Training etc (if any) Experience of working in a clerical environment and with office systems.Application FormWork Related Circumstances Flexible approach to meet the future demands of the company.
