Minimum 5 years customer facing experience as Consultant, Product Manager or Sales Engineer implementing large scale projects; Must have a background in IP Networking; In-depth, hands-on understanding of security technologies such as firewall, intrusion detection highly desirable; CISSP accreditation desired, but not necessary; Excellent writing and communication skills; Position requires a high-energy, self-motivated person with a positive attitude, who is resourceful, customer - and service-oriented, creative and driven to produce measurable results; Degree level education in Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering MBA desired, but not necessary. Responsibilities include: Develop solutions for Service Providers based on existing McAfee products; Develop deployment scenarios, best practices, capacity planning, service definition & business cases; Assist Sales in Pre-sales activities Ensure successful deployment of service infrastructure for SP customers through architecture design, implementation support & project management; Provide feedback to Product Management team for feature set enhancements |
