Senior Accounts / Expenses Controller GBP 37,000 + Exc PkgA superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Controller to join a Major International Trading House.Duties and responsibilities will include:Responsibility for one member of staff;Checking/authorisation of all non-trade related expenses (including all employee expense claims);Checking/authorisation of expense allocations/recharges, Information Service Fees and non-trade related service fees;Checking/authorisation of other related invoices and receipts;Posting of related Head Office Current Account entries and overall management of the Head Office Current Account;Maintenance of related ledgers;Checking/posting of all new customer/vendor registrations and overall management of the master data;Accounting function for two small related entities;Provision of cost analyses to management;Other ad-hoc reconciliations/duties that may be requiredCandidates must demonstrate experience of processing high volume transactions, including expenses and should be able towork with minimal supervision. Good Excel skills are essential and knowledge of SAP would be useful (but is notessential).Candidates who do not have several years UK based experience will regrettably not be considered.A superb range of benefits including Private Medical Insurance, Bonus and 5 weeks holiday accompanies salary. |
