The Senior Planners role will involve taking on responsibility for providing excellent services to the company`s keyclient and acting as Project Manager for a variety of transport related projects. It will also involve looking after theinternal staff and external contacts in order to successfully deliver projects to time and budget targets.Our client is hoping that this individual will be experienced in assisting in all aspects of transport planning.Additionally that this individual will beable to make an immediate contribution to the company and that they should havea broad base of experience, with expertise in at least one aspect of transport planning.For the Principal Planner`s role, this individual will manage a team of 8 and will take responsibility for the deliveryto time and budget targets of projects allocated to the team. This individual will also ensure successful servicedelivery to the company`s key client. Additionally there will be liasion with the Manager of the Traffic Signals team .It is expected that this individual will be a graduate and that they will have a broad experience in the traffic andtransportation field. Additionally that they will have undertaken transport assessments, a variety of modelling and befamiliar with the use of industry standard software in order to be able to coach, advise, and lead staff.
