Senior Analyst Programmer - Java / Weblogic

Salary:

GBP 32,000 to GBP 42,000 per year (Outstanding Pension + Bonus Scheme)

Description:

These activities include: * Conducting the technical research and analysis in accordance with business requirements * Documenting results of analysis clearly and unambiguously * Conducting or supporting design activities * Work closely with the Analysts to ensure a clear understanding of high-level business / IT requirements enabling a smooth transition into build stages of the development life cycle (V model). * Proactively share skills and experience with immediate peer group via 1-1 coaching. Skills/Experience Essential * 2+ years developing of Java development * Development of enterprise applications on a J2EE platform * SQL development * Development from UML-based documentation * Basic knowledge of structured development cycle * Producing estimates for component development Desirable * J2EE development on WebLogic platform * XML-based development * Experience of system development in Insurance or other financial services business A career with the Prudential can offer you a constant stream of fresh challenges, so youll always be stretching yourself and learning new skills.
