Our Client, a specialist design and construction contractor with interests worldwide in the oil, gas and petrochem industry, are seeking a Senior and a Principal Process Control Engineer.Experience/Qualifications:Senior position - 5-10 years experience preferably in Oil and Gas industry working as Process Control Engineer.Principal position - more than 10 years experience preferably in Oil and Gas industry working as Process Control Engineer.Experienced in designing basic and advanced process control strategies and their implementation, particularly, compressors, expanders, distillation columns, fired heaters and chemical reactors.Experienced in developing process safeguarding and cause and effect matrix.Experience in working with process engineers in developing Process & Instrument Diagrams.Good working knowledge of Process Control and safeguarding (DCS, PSD, ESD) systems.Working knowledge of instrumentation in process contrll and safeguarding.Ability to develop functional logic diagram from cause and effect matrix.Ability to analyse process control problems, design the appropriate schemes and communicate the design in the form of narratives.Familiarity with the functional safety design using IEC XX guidelines.Familiarity with advanced process control concept and its application.SalarySenior Position - GBP XX - GBP XX Principal Position - GBP XX - GBP XX When applying please quote whether you are interested in Senior or Principal level. |
