Our client is an established structural steelwork and architectural metalwork company who are now looking to employ asenior structural steelwork draughtsperson with proven team leadership qualities to join the engineering management team.The position will require the effective management and organisation of a team of up-to ten draftspersons / estimatorsworking on a broad range of projects.Experience in all aspects of structural steelwork and architectural metalwork is required, as is the ability andconfidence to work on own initiative in thepreparation of arrangement drawings and fabrication details including site surveying and attending site meetings witharchitects and engineersThe position is a senior management position and the successful applicant will be expected to take a very active hands onrole from day one. The position ispermanent. Salary will reflect the responsibility of the position and will be not less than GBP 45,000 per annum. |
