To assist the Area Manager to develop and effectively manage new and existing supported living, housing support andcommunity support services. To oversee referral process, service and discharge planning. Co-ordinating servicedevelopments, implementation and reviews. Assist in monitoring contractual compliance issues and quality. Assisting AreaManager with regulatory and registration issues as appropriate. Ensuring efficient utilisation of resources andconducting performance evaluations and supervision of Care Co-ordinators.The successful candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, with a minimum of 2years management experience at this level.Knowledge of supporting people services would be an advantage.You will be educated to first level degree standard and hold a professional qualification in either nursing (RNLD/RMN) orsocial work (CQSW/Dip.SW) or equivalent within health care setting.
