: Senior Construction planner Our client is one of the largest construction contractors in the UK, they currently employin excess of 3,500 employees and undertake GBP 1Billion worth of work every year. They pride themselves in their diverseportfolio that consists of PFI/PPP; Civil Engineering & Specialists; and Construction. Due to superb management,excellent business practices and intensive growth strategies, they are currently looking to recruit a Senior ConstructionPlanner with experience both on site and in the office. You will be responsible for producing tenders and project plansencompassing the full project life cycle. You will also be responsible for working on a multitude of multi million poundprojects, which will include commercial offices, retail and PFI planning, within the London M25 area. Essential skills-The ideal candidate will have spent at least ten years experience in the construction sector, with at least 7 inplanning -The candidate will possess previous experience working for a large scale, multi million pound organisation.-The candidate must be comfortable using all aspects of Primavera P3 or Power project/Team plan. -Strong communicationskills are essential as you will be communicating with all levels of the business, both internally and externally. -Thecandidate must have previous site experience as well as office experience to fulfil all the criteria for the placement.Remuneration For the successful applicant, our client offers a competitive salary of up to GBP 55,000 per annum depending onexperience.
