They are seen as experts within the field of Waste Management and are considered by many, to be the standard setters of the sector. With several projects scheduled to commence, they urgently require a senior grade consultant to help with the management of staff and projects, to ensure that their work will be performed to a high standard.The type of applicant they seek will need to have over 8 years experience within the Waste sector. Previous involvement within a consultancy environment is essential, although solid experience within a local authority or for a waste operator will be considered. , ideally some experience will be gained from a reputable environmental consultancy. You should be proficient and have a broad understanding of a variety of waste related issues , they need individuals with considerable technical expertise within the management of Waste strategies and procurement. Thorough knowledge of compliance and regulatory issues should be standard. IPPC know-how is most welcomed. You will be managing a strong team of 15 Waste consultants, therefore proven man and project management skills are a must.
