An exciting opportunity at a leading international bank has risen. The role is to support the development of the Credit Management arm based in the City which is the collateral manager of the leveraged loans CDO programme. The main functions of the role are:* Analysing new proposals, attending meetings with management, other funding institutions and advisors, including site visits to principal business premises. * Assess business plans and prepare financial model/ sensitivities. * Comprehensively evaluate risks involved in proposal. * Assist in the preparation and adjustment of empirical financial model to reflect complex/bespoke transactions. * Responsible for maintaining and developing internal administrative systems to include transaction pipeline and completed transactions, databases, internal credit rating system and for distribution of information received from external parties to senior staff as appropriate. The successful candidate must have technical and professional knowledge - at least 4 years experience of leveraged loans within a credit analysis role in banking. It is also necessary to be able to demonstrate a history of technical analysis and problem assessment skills. Teamwork and collaboration is also a necessary skill as you will be working within a diverse team. |
