Fantastic opportunity at an excellent company!!! I am looking for a Dynamic Senior Developer to develop solutions that meet business needs, based upon design documents. To work with Solutions Design to ensure that the designs are complete, accurate and realisable in an optimal manner. Based in Hatfield and with a salary of upto GBP 45k this is a hands-on role with responsibility for end-to-end development. The prime objective is to produce solutions which satisfy customer demands for ICR (Genesys), CTI, Dialler, eMail, WorkForce Management, IVR and database applications. To work closely with designers, users and other department members to identify, realize and manage the delivery of integrated functionality. You must have 1) 3+ years Interaction Routing experience 2) 5+ years IT industry experience 3) Expert in either Java or c#.NET. Must have knowledge of the other 4) Unix, Windows 5) Extensive database experience 6) Reporting and analysing activities.
