Our client is a global leader in the manufacture of power semiconductors and they are now searching for a SeniorDiffusion Engineer. The role will require high volume wafer fab experience and hands on diffusion / furnace processskills including familiarity with ASM, TEL, Semitool or Akrion equipment. Hands-on equipment experience is necessary andan ability to work as part of a team. 0.35micron process experience would be extremely beneficial.Please call us to discuss further. |
