Quality marketing isconsidered essential in realising this and they are seeking an experienced e-marketer who can provide the necessaryleadership and management needed to drive forward effective on-line marketing initiatives.Managing a small team, responsibilities will include; Defining, developing and delivering the e-commerce marketing strategy embracing affiliate/partnerships, e-mail, bannerand SEO etc with the aim of driving increased commerce through the on-line channel. Utilising the full e-comms marketing mix in designing and implementing high impact effective on-line marketingcampaigns Measuring, evaluating and reporting on campaign performance/ ROI Ensuring digital marketing activities are aligned and integrated with off-line initiatives and strategy Researching, embracing and integrating new digital marketing techniques.We are looking for a graduate with extensive experience in B2C on-line marketing and who possesses a deep understandingof all on-line marketing issues and best practices. Your experience may come from a variety of backgrounds such as telco,FMCG etc, although likely with a corporate and retail focus. An excellent communicator, you will need project managementskills, and the ability to manage yourself and others effectively.
