Senior Electrical Engineer London Permanent, Salary NegOur Client requires a Senior Electricial Engineer you must be a Chartered Engineer or Incorporated Engineer or In special circumstances, six years relevant working experience with either a Bachelors degree in Engineering (BEng) orMasters degree in Engineering (MEng) and working towards chartership. Chartered Engineer or Incorporated Engineer. Minimum 8 years relevant post graduate hands on professional experience A self starter capable of creating exciting and appropriate design solutions and commitment to running and deliveringmultiple projects through a team of engineers and supporting them through to project completion Have a strong belief in the constant delivery of a quality product for clients Be a committed and talented designer with the desire to expand work on design and lead projects Experience of managing multiple projects through a team of engineers Have a developing ability to build, develop and maintain relationships with Clients, and Architects Confident in developing and maintaining key Client relationships under all circumstances, maximising opportunities forrepeat business A decision maker with commercial awareness ensuring profitable project delivery whilst sustaining a positive clientdevelopment Established as very knowledgeable in consultant electrical engineering solutions A natural tendency to manage through collaborative problem solving in a multi-disciplinary environment.The applicant will be: Professionally qualified, preferably a chartered engineer or qualification specifically related to building servicesengineering sector Degree educated Strong client facing skills Broad knowledge of the political, legal, environmental and technical issues relating to the sustainable development ofthe built environment Effective communicator with a first class modern and sympathetic project management style Project Manager and motivator of people (personnel suggests within the Services team, but will need to motivate andmanage other parties e.g. specialist consultants) An ability to know when and how to add value to a project and think beyond their own discipline Career minded and looking for a new challenge, have the potential and ambition to progress within the firm Committed to the immediate and future success of his team A flexible approach and team playerRef 0511-31 |
