This is a new role resulting from continued growth at this highly successful company. The founder/MD now has to get onwith managing the business and can no longer manage the design function directly so you will take on the role of R&DManager. Ideal candidates will be be mature, Degree/HND qualified and offer extensive hands-on design skills coupled withsome man/project management experience. A salary in the mid-30's, plus pension contribution and bonus is on offer alongwith a relaxed 'lets get on and do it' atmosphere.
