Our client needs a Senior Engineer to join our expanding Rail team to undertake a variety of engineering tasks includingfeasibility, detailed design, project & scheme management and inspection and assessment works.The ideal candidate will benewly chartered or approaching that level and have experience in design and assessment of structures. Familiarity withcurrent BS design and assessment codes for buildings and bridges is essential as are excellent project management skills.Particular experience in the management of long term inspection/assessment programmes would also be an advantage.The candidate should be IT literate and a proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects to financial and timerequirements is essential. Previous experience of AutoCAD, Superstress and other specialist software would be anadvantage although is not essential.
