: The role requires a dedicated Senior Estimator who is looking to join a leading contractor where they can fully utilise their experience and tender for landmark projects. The Senior Estimator position will report directly to an Estimating Manager, involving the supervision of less experienced Estimators. The successful candidate will be a self motivated, professional individual who is looking for a fresh challenge and the opportunity of making a significant impact with their new employer. The Senior Estimator duties will consist of: -Preparing Estimates -Scheduling -Tender Submission and Management -Client Liaison Our client is flexible on salary, which will be considered on the amount of relevant experience the successful candidate has in the industry. The candidate will go above the proposed salary to secure the right candidate. The full package will include basic salary, car or allowance, pension and healthcare. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years surveying experience with an established national contractor. Proven experience with major D&B projects are essential. The Senior Estimator position would suit an experienced and diligent individual who is interested in joining a market leading contractor with an emphasis on winning innovative, prestigious and challenging projects within London.
