The candidate must also have excellent communication skills, experience in dealing with otheremployees and external clients. Be a confident, proactive character, with a track record of taking the lead inchallenging situations and have a proven record of identifying, developing and growing profitable commercialrelationships with clients. Experience of managing multiple projects through a team of engineers is an advantage.The candidate must show that they have established themselves as an expert in delivering fire safety engineeringsolutions in a multi-disciplinary environment with solid experience in developing fire strategies, undertakingengineering analysis and applying performance based designs.
