Fitness Manager- LondonMy client, one of the leading names in the Industry, is looking for a passionate Fitness Manager to come on board and make a difference. Previous Fitness Manager experience is desired, a least 3 years Management experience required.Main responsibilities are: Leading a great health and fitness team of around 25 staff. Train & develop team members to maximise revenue opportunities. Maximise the retention and satisfaction of club members and guests. Establish communication practices and channels including developing and participating in departmental, team and Heads of Department meetings. Able to work flexibly to suit the hours & needs of the business. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Able to effectively support, interact with and develop a team to optimum efficiency. Financial and numerical aptitude to achieve and drive for results. Creativity, drive and initiative! Ability to maintain effectiveness in a dynamic pressurised environment and translate opportunities into action plans. |
