Our client is looking for an exceptional General Manager to run one of its Premium Health Club. As General Manager, you will be fully accountable for achieving all financial targets, the implementation of key strategies and corporate policies, club operations, and staff management. This is a category-A Club within their premium portfolio, you must be a high caliber General Manager with at least four years general management experience at a similar level. Applicants from outside the industry will be considered where experience in sales, financial planning, staff management and you need to have outstanding commercial awareness, excellent man management skills, and know what it takes to deliver the highest levels of customer service.Your role will be to continue to drive the already successful business forward, demonstrating strong leadership qualities combined with a real passion for the Health and Fitness Industry.Please be aware that I will only be able to respond to successful applicants.
