Land Team. The work will include the design and management of site investigations, scheduling and interpretation oflaboratory analysis, interpretative report writing, and qualitative and quantitative risk assessment. Additionally usingand interpretating risk assessment computer packages and becoming involved in the design and validation of remediationschemes.In terms of the individual you must have up-to-date knowledge of current best practice including CLEA Guidelines and PartIIA and be able to undertake and interpretate qualitative and quantitative risk assessments and have a good understandingof remediation options and be able to produce remediation method statements.A proven track record in project management is preferred and you must have the ability to delegate work. Additionally youwill be working in project teams with geotechnical, civil and structural engineers. The ability to manage and mentorjunior staff is important along with an interest in contaminated land team. A good knowledge of geotechnical engineeringwill be a distinct advantage.The role will report in to the Line Manager and PF scheme project managers for contaminated land assessment input intoschemes and will involve the production of remediation method statements, the design and specification of remediationschemes, the production of contaminated land assessment reports and preparing and assisting with bids in their owndiscipline.Our client in return is able to offer an unrivalled prospect for the future as well as a very attractive salary andbenefits package.This is a truly excellent prospect and the chance to become an integral part of a small team. |
