: Our client is seeking a Senior HR Officer with Generalist experience, you will responsible for approximately 120 people. This is a stand alone role, where you will be putting new procedures in place. You will be reporting into the Finance Director and you will develop Key relationships with all the Board of Directors together with the Line Managers to help build a strong Sales & Marketing team. You will be working closely with Recruiting Managers in all departments at HQ Managers requiring Human Resource advice and assistance, Recruitment Agencies, job applicants, systems suppliers The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified with at least ten years experience in a HR role. We are also seeking somebody who has dealt with manufacturing people and has good experience of disciplinary procedures. Accountable for the following: Recruitment Computerised Personnel Information Systems Human Resource Projects as periodically agreed Human Resource advice & assistance to managers Miscellaneous Human Resource tasks Take responsibility for majority of recruitment tasks assigned, from start to finish Fill vacancies on time and within budget Liaise with and negotiate rates with Recruitment Agencies Suggest improvement for recruitment efficacy |
