: PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1.To prepare or assist with the preparation of a project materials management plan in accordance with project and client requirement. 2.To establish job specific data parameters, numbering structures and formulae for construction spares allowances. 3.To establish and operate computer-aided and manual systems defined for use on a project. 4.To update and maintain the integrity of material files, co-ordination electronic downloads from CAD and manual input. 5.To monitor the project activities schedule and the performance of all parties against the schedule plan. To identify problems, and act as a focal point for problems affecting the orderly acquisition and delivery of materials. 6.To establish quantities of materials to be purchased and produce appropriate requisition attachments. 7.To ensure the establishment of the Priced Requisition system and control the downloading of requisitions to this system. 8.To download isometric formation and requisition quantities to Construction for the Warehouse System and to assist with the orderly transfer and maintenance of site data. 9.To prepare and issue material control reports and material summaries for use by Kellogg and client.
