Click here to view current Engineering / East of England jobs.  Job Details: Title: Senior Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer Location: Norfolk Salary: None specified Description: Role (Job details, purpose, responsibility etc)Responsible for mechanical services design projects from inception to completion in a range of sectors including,commercial, industrial, defence, Home Office, health, education, housing and Local Authorities.The role requires attendance at client meetings, site surveys, liaising with and/or co-ordinating with other disciplines,and producing a detailed design and specification to established standards within the agreed programme periodReporting to an Associate and ultimately a Director.Key CompetenciesSkills: Computer literate with knowledge of Word, Specification Expert, Excel and IES. Knowledge of CDM and Health &Safety regulations an advantage.Qualifications: Chartered Engineer or working towards, Member of an appropriate Institution.ExperienceMinimum of 5 years design experience preferably within a Consulting background.
