Our client, a large prestigious law firm is currently expanding and seeking a number of senior and experienced thirdparty Personal Injury Claims Handlers.Essentially you will have previous P.I. experience combined with a good understanding of RTA/EL/PL.Main duties will include handling a high volume of "unique"calls referred to you by junior claims handlers ensuring anemphasis on a personal service whilst providing a fast, efficient solution to the entire claims process within yourapproved settlement authority levels.You will need to have the ability to build claimant rapport, combined with excellent communication skills dealing withcomplex issues and overall business awareness.Will also need to have legal experience ideally supported with a legal or insurance qualification.
