A really exciting and diverse position has arisen within a very established and reputable outsourcing operation. This isan extremely high profile role, reporting directly into the Managing Director, and working very closely with them todevelop the business on an international scale. Overseeing a team of 10 in the UK, you will be also be responsible forsetting up an outsourcing business overseas, and hence also indirectly managing a further 10 or so staff acrossinternational locations. You will ensure that all current clients requirements are met, as well as securing newbusiness/clients. You will also be involved in implementing a new payroll system. To be successful in this role you willbe tenacious, credible & professional, with the vision to be able to contribute to the growth of the company. |
