The ability to develop accounts opportunities with Sales. The ability to understand existing and emerging products and todevelop new propositions with the practice team. The analysis of customers telephony requirements followed by productionof a baseline design and scope of works based on those requirements. To act as a Technical Design Authority on majoraccounts, designing the solution and maintaining the design through the life of the equipment. To undertake revenueearning, projects covering all aspects of telephony infrastructure integration around Cisco product portfolios. Supportsales decisions with a broad knowledge of competitive technologies.To develop IP Telephony offeringsTo increase the sales of IP Telephony based solutionsTo produce standards based documentationTo increase the awareness of the clients IP Telephony offeringsTo provide sales and pre-sales support including presentations and tender response supportTo provide consultancy support covering IP Telephony technologyTo ensure that all activities of the business comply with legal and ethical standardsTo perform other tasks and activities as and when requiredTo give technology focussed briefings, develop newsletters and collateral. |
