Senior/Principal Geo-Environmental EngineersQualified to BSc(Hons) level within a relevant environmental/engineering discipline, although the possession of arelevant higher degree an advantage5-10 years experience, preferably in ConsultancyDesign, supervision, reporting and management of geo-environmental Phase 1 and Phase 2 site investigationsKnowledge of human health and groundwater risk assessments to include the CLEA framework and P20 methodologiesKnowledge of CDM regulations and the preparation of Health and Safety plans for site works.Excellent communication skills, including the ability to negotiation with Environmental Health Officers and theEnvironment AgencyProposal writing and financial control of projectsAbility and willingness to assist with client liaison and business developmentGeotechnical knowledge and demonstrable experience of the interface of contaminated land with the wider developmentissues of brownfield sites
