My client is looking to appoint a senior process engineer with at least 5 years experience in the international oil industry. Experience The candidate must have a thorough knowledge of the design and operation of water treatment and injection processes for the oil industry. The candidates experience shall cover both the theoretical design of process systems and their application, ideally with field experience of commissioning and problem solving. Experience of other oil and gas processes will be beneficial. Responsibilities The senior process engineer will be responsible for the design and specification of water treatment and injection systems for the oil industry, report writing, generation of PFDs, P&IDs, supervision of commissioning, troubleshooting, and operator training.
