IT Business Project ManagerOur client., from their Yarm (North Yorkshire) based Offices provide Total IT Solutions to a wide range of clientsthroughout the UK on their own in-house developed Supply Chain Fulfilment software with a wide range of supporting thirdparty software products.There is a requirement to strengthen their Support and Delivery team with a Senior Project Manager.The successful candidate would need to demonstrate past experience of: Flexibility and the ability to work as a team member. The ability to work with the minimum of supervision, whilst always showing a positive approach to customer problems. The ability to communicate with customers and colleagues at all skill levels and disciplines. The ability to deliver solutions to agreed timescales, whilst working under pressure. The willingness to learn on their own initiative, accepting responsibility for their own development.The successful candidate will be working both in house and on client sites managing the installation, implementation,training and future support requirements for new and existing client installations of the Supply Chain Software suite. Inaddition they will often be called upon to provide specific pre and post sales consultancy on the implementation andproject management methodologies to prospective clients where they relate to the supply chain process and its relevanceto the software.The prime requirements for the candidates are: Specific training on all current PM techniques and methodologies Strong Project Management skills Experience and a record of delivering multi discipline and multi skill complex projects in the IT industry on BusinessSystems and in particular Supply Chain ProcessesThe company will offer a comprehensive remuneration package that is commensurate with the Training, Knowledge andExperience of the successful candidate.
