Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager, reporting to the Client Services Director this is a new role heading a team of three highly motivated project managers each managing and delivering on behalf of their clients a portfolio of up to 20 projects through the complete lifecycle of the service. As well as leading and managing the team you would be expected to manage your own portfolio of projects. You would also be responsible for reviewing current practice and proposing and implementing with your team industry best practice and standards. Using your client facing skills you would be expected to work with the sales team account managers analysing requirements and bidding for business.You should have the following experienceSolid hands on Project Management experience of between 5 and 10 years 3 to 5 years leadership and line management experienceLikely to be a Prince Practitioner Used to delivering the full lifecycle of a product and service based offering Have implemented Projects, and operational and reporting process Pragmatic in your approach Experience with Business HR, IT, and system development projects Can demonstrate experience of managing 3rd parties Have worked on bids and enjoy the chase. Used to managing a portfolio 20 or projects all at different stages |
