Our client a Medium sized clothing retailer based in West London are actively seeking a Senior Projects Analyst to join their expanding finance team.Job Summary:The financial analysis of all major company projects. Due to the expansion of the company infrastructure in the US, the role will include a number of specific associated projects.Responsibilities and duties:To research new areas for business development and the implications of these developments.Analysis of commercial projects such as US taxation and transfer pricing, fulfilment and duty charges as well as all the financial complexities of running a business in the US.Helping with the preparation of the financial plans for the business up to 5 years into the future.Preparation of the detailed financial plans for the year ahead. Liasing with all Directors when setting their departmental budgets and examining the associated implications.To evaluate business strengths and weaknesses, look at the reasons and to make suggestions for improvement.Continually examine ways to improve efficiency across the business.To work on ad hoc projects as directed by the Finance Director and according to business needs.To apply for this position you must be ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified Accountant and have a finance background within a blue-chip SME. Previous experience of US financial accounting procedures will be advantageous. In return you will receive a competitive salary up to GBP 50,000 pension, life insurance and generous clothing allowance. |
