With an annual turnover inexcess of GBP 300 million and a personnel rapidly growing to over 700 staff, our client wishes to recruit outstandingindividuals who are good communicators and can help shape the future of the business.The Role:Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of this development includingthe co-ordination of trades, materials, health and safety and customer care.The sites have 3-4 bedroom houses, all the way up to 6 bed luxury houses.The Requirements:A proven track record within the speculative housing sector.Target driven with experience of achieving completion dates and quality.At least 5 years experience of running sites of at least 20 units.CITB 5 day Health & Safety Certificate, First Aid at Work Certificate.Sound knowledge of NHBC requirements and regulations.
