My client is based in County Durham and is one of the largest home grown Contractors in North East England, they strongly believe in the value of forming long-lasting relationships with their employees.Our client makes every effort to enrich their culture by learning from each other and continuing to seek out ways of creating and sustaining an exciting, challenging and enjoyable place in which to work.My client is looking for a self motivated, enthusiastic senior Quantity Surveyor with at least 10 years experience in the industry and with the ambition to progress further throughout the company. The candidate will be working on projects worth GBP 5 million and can have either civil or build experience, although build would be preferred.The company offers personal Development Reviews an employee Share Scheme and often hold family fun days.This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to gain invaluable experience on a wide range of projects. The client is offering a competitive salary from GBP 35,000-GBP 42,000 depending on experience, plus a generous package including company car or allowance, pension scheme and health care. |
