: Projects will involve both new build and refurbishment projects within the education, social housing and private sectors. Typical project values will range from GBP 2 - GBP 6 million in value. The Senior Quantity Surveyor duties will consist mainly of: -Final Accounts -Sub Contract Procurement -Valuations -Variations -Cost Reporting Our client is flexible on salary, which will be considered on the amount of relevant experience the successful candidate has in the industry. The candidate will go above the proposed salary to secure the right candidate. The full package will include basic salary, car or allowance, pension and healthcare. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years surveying experience with an established main contractor. Proven experience on both new build and refurbishment projects is essential. The Senior Quantity Surveyor position would suit a dedicated and motivated individual who is looking to join an established contractor and work on interesting build projects.
