SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR (UTILITIES) South East Permanent Salary NegOur Client requires a Senior QS basd in the South East, you will play a key role in supporting the South East Utilitiessector through the service of existing project work and supporting future commissions within the sector.You will provide financial management, contract administration, cost control and commercial advice to a number of keyclients within the Utilities sector.It is essential that you have prior experience meeting the demands of Service Level Agreements and are experienceddealing with high profile clients.To succeed in this role you must be a good team player with technically strong core QS skills. Excellent communicationskills and a proactive approach to your work are essential.This role offers the successful individual a fantastic opportunity to progress quickly through the evolving Utilitiessector.Required Skills- RICS qualified with 5 years plus post qualification experience in a consultancy environment- Utilities/Civils experience, water experience preferable- Ability to oversee large scale projects, working on own initiative with minimal supervision- Financial and commercial awareness- Excellent communication skills and proven experience in managing client relationshipsRef: RL 0511-62 |
