If you feel you have the skills & experience required, then we would like to hear from you.SENIOR RESEARCH EXECUTIVE - EMPLOYEE RESEARCH - MANCHESTER OFFICE Our client has a specialist Employee Research Team who mainly provide employee attitude surveys and internal communications research to a strong and expanding client base. The aim of the team is to provide value-added research and consultancy to human resource and communications professionals, which shows commercial awareness and an understanding of people issues.We are therefore looking to recruit a self-motivated, enthusiastic and talented SRE to join this specialist team. We are ideally looking for an agency-side researcher who has rounded research skills and has experience of managing qualitative and quantitative research projects. Experience and/or an interest in HR issues are required for this position, although previous experience of conducting research involving employees is not essential. You must also have the confidence to speak to and work with senior managers at Board Level within client organisations, and have the ability to communicate well as many of our clients are from a non-research background. Whilst we are looking for an SRE, we will consider RE's who demonstrate a willingness to learn and the enthusiasm to progress.
